What we keep, why, and what we never do with it.

This is a small advisory practice. We do not run advertising, we do not sell data, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list because they filled in a form. Here is the whole of it.

The contact form

If you write to us through the home page, we keep what you sent (your name, email, company, revenue band and message) so that a person can reply. That is all it is used for.

The Growth Pattern Diagnostic

The diagnostic asks for a first name and an email before the questions, and for your agreement to email you. We record that agreement in the words you saw and the time you gave it. Your answers are saved as you go, so you can pick up where you stopped on any device. When you finish, your answers and your reading are stored against that email so that if you write to us or book a read-through, we can start from the same picture instead of asking you to repeat yourself.

What we email: your reading when you finish, and, if you stop partway, up to two reminders to finish it. That is all. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and nobody is added to a newsletter.

Booking a read-through

If you book a call from your results, the booking is created as an event on Govindh Jayaraman's calendar with you as a guest, and Google Calendar sends you the invitation. Your reading is included in the event so the conversation starts from it. To offer you times, our website reads only whether his calendar is busy or free; it never reads the contents of other events.

What we do not do

We never sell or share anything you send us. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site. Forms and bookings are handled by Netlify and Google on our behalf, under their own terms, and by nobody else.
